About the Role

Zur Verstärkung unseres Laborteams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Chemielaboranten (m/w/d), der unser R&D Team bei der Produkt- und Technologieentwicklung eigenverantwortlich unterstützt.

Responsibilities

• Eigenständige Durchführung von Versuchsreihen
• Herstellung von Formulierungen
• Planung und Durchführung von chemischen Reaktionen
• Analytik an Reaktionsprodukten und Charakterisierung von Membranen
• Allgemeines technisch-mechanisches Verständnis
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Organisation eines Chemielabors
• Priorisierung der Arbeiten in enger Abstimmung mit den Ansprechpartnern im Fachbereich
• (Mit-)Entwicklung neuer Testverfahren und Aufbau neuer Versuchsreihen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung
• Dokumentation und Bewertung der Beobachtungen und Ergebnisse
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen auch aus angrenzenden Fachbereichen
• Allgemeines technisch-mechanisches Verständnis
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Organisation eines ChemielaborsPriorisierung der Arbeiten in enger Abstimmung mit den Ansprechpartnern im Fachbereich

Required Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant, Textillaborant, Chemisch-Technischer Assistent
• Präziser, analytischer und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
• Freude an Teamarbeit und Interesse an einer längerfristigen Tätigkeit im Labor
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Gute Deutsch- und/ oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Desired Qualifications

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit CMR-Stoffen (kanzerogen, mutagen, reproduktionstoxisch) unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Hoher Anspruch an Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Struktur im Laborumfeld
