YOUR TASKS:Advise People Business Partners, managers and specialist departments on all individual and collective employment law mattersShape and support cooperation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as well as negotiations on works agreements, group works agreements and company-wide works agreementsSupport collective bargaining negotiations, conciliation and arbitration proceedings, as well as other matters subject to co-determinationSupport and manage complex HR measures, restructuring projects, operational changes, transfers of business and M&A projectsHandle employment law proceedings, represent the company in court and manage external law firmsEnsure employment law compliance and continuously develop governance structures, policies and documentation standardsIdentify and assess employment law risks, conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate measures for sustainable risk managementSupport international employment law matters and contribute to strategic HR and organizational initiativesYOUR PROFILE:Successfully completed degree in Law, ideally with a focus on employment lawSeveral years of professional experience in employment law, for example in a company, association or law firmSound knowledge of individual and collective employment law as well as works constitution lawExperience working with employee representative bodies and handling challenging negotiation situationsVery good written and spoken English skillsStrong communication and advisory skills, as well as negotiation skills and assertivenessConfident appearance, a high degree of initiative and an enthusiasm for complex legal and organizational issuesStructured, solution-oriented and responsible approach to workContact: Petra Kirner
