Schwelm Hybrid Work Klüber Lubrication GmbH Laboratory Employee / Developer with focus on emulsions (f/m/d) Responsibilities • Responsibility for R&D projects in the field of cold forming, with a focus on liquid lubricants/emulsions – from concept to series production • Planning and execution of small‑scale laboratory experiments, including precise documentation of results • Scaling: Support in transferring laboratory results to pilot plant and production scale • Technical documentation: Preparation of technical documentation (technical data sheets, product specifications, certificates, etc.) • Optimization: Continuous evaluation and improvement of materials and process parameters Qualifications • University degree in chemistry, ideally with a focus on organic or inorganic chemistry, or a comparable qualification • 1–5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of lubricants or emulsions in industrial R&D is an advantage • Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution‑oriented way of working • Enthusiasm for hands‑on laboratory work, high level of accuracy, and strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with colleagues and interfaces • Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
