Your Key Responsibilities • Supervise laboratory activities and testing operations • Advise management and projects on material engineering matters • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements • Manage training and development of laboratory personnel • Oversee testing plans, documentation, and reporting • Support resolution of material-related non-conformities • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams What can we offer you? • A responsible job waiting for you with very good remuneration and various bonuses, social benefits and low tax burden as well as good training opportunities • Challenging projects • An extensive travel package which includes G35 examinations, inoculations, visas and flights • Furnished, air-conditioned accommodation in the company’s own camp, which has an infrastructure including sport and leisure facilities and a clubhouse • Company car with driver and external partners to ensure that you have the best possible security in Nigeria • With us, you can develop your abilities, grow as a leader and become a key part of our success story What skills should you have? • Technical Certificate plus 15 years work Experience, Degree in Civil Engineering (bachelor's or master's degree, diploma) or as Construction Materials Engineer will be an advantage • 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in leading a construction material laborator • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage teams, multiple tasks, and deadlines • Good knowledge of material testing, standards, and quality requirements • English Language Skills at least B2/ better C1 Apply and join our team!
