Responsibilities • Conduct independent and timely inspections of materials from external and internal production, including all preparation and post-processing steps. • Use various analytical methods and work with diverse tools and inspection machines. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and work instructions and maintain GMP compliant documentation of results. • Document and archive results in electronic and paper based systems such as SAP and ERP. • In preparation for batch release, verify the plausibility and completeness of the results. • Identify quality problems, evaluate and raise them, and inform responsible parties. • Maintain and monitor control charts and report significant trends in a timely manner. • Support the creation and modification of specification documents and operating instructions. • Create or modify specification documents and operating instructions. • Represent the team in project meetings and present results. • Plan and conduct special measurements due to product problems and improvement measures. • Train new colleagues and provide collegial guidance, assistance and support. • Lead individual activities for continuous improvement using approaches such as Go Lean, agile and project work.

Qualifications • Successfully completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, physics laboratory technician, or CTA (for CTA with several years of experience in quality control). • Have, or have had within the last two years, experience in quality control/analytical methods or with end user diagnostic systems. • Demonstrate an independent and meticulous work style and experience in a GxP environment. • Show organisational talent and reliability as strengths. • Enjoy collaborating within a team. • View change as an opportunity for development and approach it with curiosity. • Motivate team members to embrace change. • Have strong office skills (e.g., Word, Excel) and knowledge of English.
