Your responsibilities will include: presenting and advising on innovative therapies and products in your field; building and maintaining networks with medical professionals, clinical staff, and decision-makers; independently organizing and conducting training sessions, presentations, and events; analyzing and reporting market data and competitor analysis to further develop the sales strategy; and close collaboration with internal teams, such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.

• Erfolgreicher Ausbildungsabschluss als Pharmareferentnach § 75 AMG oder abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, pharmazeutisches oder medizinisches Studium
• Solides Wissen im beschriebenen Tätigkeitsbereich sowie Begeisterung für den Vertrieb und die Beratung in der Pharmabranche
• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
• Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und Überzeugungskraft, verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Flexibilität
• Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten und ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
