At TWT Science & Innovation, we're looking for a Research Manager who leads collaborative, international research at the intersection of AI, Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing – turning scientific excellence into technological breakthroughs.

Over the last decade, 22 researchers from TWT became university professors. Now, we're searching for the next mind to push the frontier forward.

About the Role

As a Research Manager, you'll lead interdisciplinary R&D programs and collaborate with top universities such as MIT, Harvard, Berkeley, Stanford and ETH Zurich – advancing foundational research in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing.

You will drive both collaborative research consortia and your own independent research programs, and you will work closely with international funding bodies, scientific partners, and innovation networks. The results, insights, and technologies you develop will be transferred into industry sectors such as Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Climate & Sustainability, and Health.
