Biology laboratory technician (m/f/d)

For our client in the agricultural sector in Marktredwitz, we are seeking a dedicated laboratory technician (m/f/d) to support their dynamic laboratory team. In this diverse role, you will combine modern cell technology with technical expertise in the preparation of biological samples. Your responsibilities will include: preparing, processing, and pipetting biological sample material under strict hygiene and quality standards; independently operating, loading, and performing basic maintenance on specialized sorting machines, as well as troubleshooting minor technical malfunctions; comprehensive technical documentation of all laboratory processes and test results according to standardized work instructions in English; consistently performing quality controls and adhering to all safety, health, and environmental protocols; and actively participating in shift work and occasional travel to European laboratory locations.

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich, idealerweise in der Biologie, Mikrobiologie oder Labortechnik
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Laborumfeld sowie im Umgang mit biologischen Zellen, Pipettiertechniken und Qualitätskontrollen
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Affinität zur eigenständigen Lösung kleinerer technischer Hürden an den Anlagen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die tägliche Arbeit mit englischsprachigen Protokollen
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtmodell
